What type of experience do you have?

I have been working with computers for well over 11 years, in both a professional and personal setting. In addition, I have a degree in computer science as well as business administration. Through the years I have become very efficient at diagnosing and repairing all types of computer issues.

 

How much do you charge?

I base my repairs from $25.00 per hour. Initial assessment of your system will be $25.00. This will cover the first hour of work I do on your system, if you agree to have me do your repairs after the assessment. My average computer repair cost runs $50.00, with some costing as little as $25.00 and some as much as $75.00 or more. I strive for efficiency and honesty! I will keep you informed if the price changes from my initial assessment.

 

What is your turnaround time?

Most computer repairs take an average of 2 business days. However, if parts need to be ordered, additional time will be needed to allow for delivery. Usually parts arrive within 3 to 4 business days. Expedited shipping may be available.

 

Do you make house calls?

Yes, I will make house calls, as schedules allow. However, I have a very limited time to do so. I work full time as a Sr, Systems Analyst Monday through Friday and have a family. My schedule is tight, but we should be able to work something out.

 

Where do I bring my computer to get it repaired?

I have everything I need to do the quickest repair job possible at my home in Rochester. Customers often drop off a computer at my office or home and are able to pick it up in just a few days. I also am willing to pickup computers within Rochester in order to better serve you.

 

How do you keep me informed on the repair process?

The fastest and most efficient method of communication for me is via e-mail. This is the most common method I will use to keep you informed during the repair process. If email is not possible during the time when I have your system in my hands, I will call you at the number you provide.
